Addendum: RoutineFollow Up routine maintenance service today 4/27/2025. Lazaro did an awesome job! Professional, courteous, and on time. Great communication with service person and office! Thank you!Previously: Jonathan last week came to my condo to repair my a/c. I knew it was time to get a new unit (15 years old living by the ocean and the A/C never broke once!). Affordable put the original Trane unit in and did install the new Trane A/C yesterday. Affordable has routinely serviced my air conditioning over 15 years. Rebecca on the telephone at the office is always professional, a worker, and friendly. Jonathan the repairman is a skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly, man. The owner, Jon is honest and highly knowledgeable. Jon’s father (God rest him!) did the installation of original ductwork years ago. He was a talented man too! Matthew who created the proposal and payment, to be reviewed by Jon, is detailed and responsible. Lily who applies for city permits for the work is always on the job and just a wonderful, caring, and detail person. Lily is a great communicator! You really cannot afford not to use Affordable. Competitive prices with quality second to none!!

I had about 12 professionals come out and give me estimates to replace my ducts, but Jon was so informative and explained certain things that no one else did. He gave me advice on how to approach the project to help my A/C run better, and because of this, he and his team were chosen. Then I was helped with scheduling by Danielle, who was so understanding and accommodating. It was the best experience! The actual team that came out was awesome and courteous! Roneny was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I had a couple of questions throughout the project, and he was able to answer them and offer more insight. I would choose this company again if I had to.

He is thorough, skillful, friendly, and explains everything to me! When I have a problem, he always knows what to do and resolves the issue! For routine maintenance, Lazaro makes sure everything is working properly and serviced to keep my units running effectively and efficiently! I Highly recommend this company!
